Why did my data get deleted?!?

I’ve played this game for at least 1 and a half years and I started logging in everyday for 3 months. I was level 51 with my might 200,000 and just today I logged in and all my game data was reversed back to when I was level 30. Is this a glitch and can it get fixed?
Matching, lagging n merging issue

This greedy company keeps merging servers so its competitive spenders give it money. Merging makes servers very very lagging and slow but all they do is ignoring. The game is very lagging n usually crack. It takes a long time to enter. Snail never fix these issues! Fair matching in battle never exist in the game so if u have a lot of money and high level so congrats, u find the right game to spend ur "never be used" money. Their low professional skills don't allow them to be able to fix the fair matching issue although many players tell them to fix through update.

Launch IOS app, pop up says there is an update 3.3.0. Click on update and it takes me to the app store. Surprisingly no update.

Old player are worthless in this game

Worst game I played so far, game focus on money making without loyalties to old players, Newbies buy new gears and dominate the game Old players spend $$$ gears from old to new and disregard old gears therefore spending more money while newbie catch up Old players quit while newbie dominate till newbie becomes old and another batch of newbie overtaken them You will not see old server player last long in this game

Seriously, snail. I’ve invested $200 and u still haven’t fixed this bug with my lvl 93 panda all of a sudden dropping to lvl 16. What’s so hard? U guys are Chinese

Soooooo this women in the tutorial tells me to move my pet to the right and every time I do that it makes me press the firewalker pet and glitched after that. It won’t let press the exit button so Idk what to do so I’m just gonna delete this game
