WHAT IS LUMEN BULB:
The Lumen Bulb combines the practical utility of a standard light bulb, the party fun of multi-colored lights, and the longevity and cost saving of an LED bulb. All of this, within a single package that works with existing standard bulb sockets in our homes. Everything can be controlled easily from a proprietary application in our mobile smart phone, available for iOS devices.
RGBW:
‘RGB’ stands for Red, Blue and Green. The Lumen Bulb can create light in absolutely any color one fancies from the full color spectrum. ‘W’ represents white. The Lumen has included 7 Watt white LEDs that generates over 400 lumens of light. It creates a perfect warm-white light that is great for daily usage.

So much for a smart bulb, or so called mood light bulb that’s not in the mood to do anything but switch on with a regular light switch. Maybe this worked with iOS 7, but the smart people have moved on...

Purchased three bulbs. Finding that Bluetooth connection drops frequently. This is on my iPhone 5s running up-to-date iOS software. So glad I didn't waste money on more bulbs @$70 each. Spend pin loads of time turning off bulb manually, turning on Bluetooth. Re-downloading app and then doing all over again! Please fix!!
Doesn't wake me up

If I set the light bulb to wake me up in the morning it doesn't light up. If I however set it only few hours ahead it works fine. Please fix if possible

App always has to be reconnected to the light bulb and the wake up mode does not work. Does not allow you to enable the time you set the bulb to turn on. App needs to be fixed an updated in order for the light to function best and truly be a smart bulb.

What a disappointment! I bought this build and app for the wake feature, but it fails on several levels. When you begin to program the light for your week, it won't let you program for the day you are setting it up, so setup takes 2 days to program. After you set it up, it can easily lose it's settings, then you have so start over. The interface on the app is clunky and takes you through weird steps just to turn the lamp on. When it does turn on at the appropriate time (there have been a few problems here) it's not the gentle, slow progression of light that simulates sunrise as this is supposed to do. I starts with a burst of relatively dim light, then proceeds through a series of noticable steps of increased brightness, kind of like you were clicking through a brightness dial with positive steps rather than slowly sliding a dimmer. The changing color stuff is fun, but that’s the only reason the app & bulb don’t get just one star from me.

Ok, connectivity issues...

I sell this product in my store as an Apple Specialist and have 2 lights in my home. The have severe connectivity issues in a home full of other wireless devices. Turn on the light, then the app, set it and be happy because if you go to another app you can not connect back to the light. Please either update the app and the lightbulb or make your product cheaper so I don't have to go with the Phillips Hue. Thanks.

I've had this light for a year...I like the mode where the color shifts...unfortunately there are only two choices. You should be able to pick your own two colors for it to shift between...I've been waiting for this to happen for a year now and I probably shouldn't hold my breath waiting any longer. Bluetooth connection range is weak and the poor lack of options really kills this app and light for me.

The feature for the most part are there. You have to set wake me up everyday which could be improved. I give it two stars because 95% of the time the bulb doesn't even know in home. I still have to use the light switch to turn it on (reconnect bt) which defeats the reason I bought this. Other than that, when it works, it's neat. The app could really use more support.
