These guys always have an answer for me. The reps are always kind and I ask for personal recommendations a lot. They give great advice. I like it especially because traveling the train system can be confusing and asking their advice and getting an answer ASAP is always comforting. Thanks Tabiko!

Awesome and helpful app

I stumbled upon a YouTube video the other day by KemushiChan where she used this app throughout her day in the city. After swing it in action I figured I’d try it out some. The agents were super helpful in giving me tips for my trip I’ll hopefully be taking next year and I’ll certainly be using it to book places to go. I just wish this app was around when I visited Tokyo two years ago it would have made finding things to do so much easier!!!

It’s amazing being able to talk to someone who can help you when the internet/google cannot. I was trying to find an onsen and chatted with a wonderful worker that worked really hard to help me find the perfect one!! Thank you so much Shunsuke!

This App is really amazing ? you can ask any thing about japan and the nice people behind the chat will get in touch with you in a moment. At the first time I used this app I expect to have automated answer but no! Its real concierge and much more ? I really impressed and love this Tabiko App !! My favorite application for Japan and I would recommend it for everyone want to visit Japan ?? ❤️❤️❤️

I’m planning a trip to Japan for two friends and myself and this app has been a godsend! I’ve been so obsessed with this app for the past two days and have been just bombarding the different concierges with such trivial questions in regards to my trip. They happily answer with courtesy and a smile. John and Kenji have both been amazing! The customer service chat on this FREE app rivals that of Amazon’s! I get real responses from real people regarding questions to flights, hotels, weather, food, regions, culture, planning, etc. John and Kenji have shaved off HUNDREDS of hours of research for me. You COULD be scouring outdated, niche travel forums for days on end, searching for all of your travel answers and itinerary needs. OR you can download this app and fire away all of your questions to these wonderful concierges! They’ve lived in Japan for years and love the culture, and they want you to be able to experience it too. They’re the Siri of Japanese Tourism. There hasn’t been a question they haven’t been able to answer for me yet. I’m excited to use this app while in Japan as well! I know I’m going to need help with directions, trains, restaurants, and proper etiquette, and I’m confident that Tabiko will make the trip go by swimmingly. Thank you! What an amazing app and service.

This is probably one of the worst apps I’ve ever used to travel advice. The people on the chat don’t care about trying to give advice and are very passive aggressive in their responses. I might even take time out to report this garbage app. Rude employees and I really hope this app fails to make those pieces of trash unemployed

Just started using the app and so far this is amazing! Since so many Tokyo restaurants require reservations by phone (and only in Japanese) having some wonderful folks on the ground in Japan who can do this for you is like having superpowers (and no high-end hotel concierge needed.) My only suggestion: Charge more :) While 1000¥ per reservation is great, I’ve been making the concierges do tons of research and make lots of calls and I feel like I should be paying more (and would be happy to do so.) Maybe a per-day charge for the length of your trip?
