I like that this app helps people who travel to Japan get real info about the places they want to visit. Especially latest information which you may not get from the internet. You would usually get quick responses and concierges are super friendly! And I also love the fact that you can watch tabiko tv where concierges post videos about places all around Japan.

Kenji and Kiki helped me reserve a private onsen, make reservation for a restaurant, and when I left my passport at a hotel, they helped me ask the hotel to ship it to me!! This is the best app you can possibly have in Japan. And it’s free!! I feel so indebted toward Kenji and Kiki, I wish I could pay them haha. I recommend this app to all non Japanese speakers traveling in Japan.

I honestly don’t know how this app hasn’t gotten more attention. Yes, there may be small glitches in the app and probably could be designed a bit better, but good lord the service is great! I needed someone to help me answer some of my inquiries that google couldn’t do and the heavens have answered. Definitely use this app if you are traveling to Japan. You won’t regret it. The responsiveness is crazy, and it’s a real person, not a robot. Give this app and whoever came up with it a round of applause! Thanks for the support!

I can't say anything bad. These people are so nice and helpful, they respond from 9 AM to 9 PM Tokyo time (which is a very long time in my opinion). And they provide us with links if we want to know something further. They do basically everything. I just want to see them grow and improve their user interface. When they gave routes, it was initially hard to understand what it meant because I'm new to Tokyo. That's the only thing I can think of to improve on.

I lost my wallet about 200 miles from Kyoto and wasn’t able to communicate with the police or lost and found of JR, Tabiko helped me to find my wallet and request delivery to my hotel. Immediate responses and so helpful!!!
