I think my old one that looks like an old school pager would bother fellow gym members. I could never feel it vibrate, so would need to set it to beep...LOUDLY. And, I'd lose a few seconds at the beginning of the first set after pushing the button to start. With this app and Bluetooth earbuds, I can listen to my music and the prompts without bothering anyone. Plus, it gives me sometime to prepare myself for the first set without losing any seconds.

I love this app! It's EXACTLY what every person who goes to the gym and does sets, is looking for in an app. Staring at your clock or stop watch is annoying. This app lets you focus on your workout, rather than watching the clock.
