The app is very intuitive and the ads in the free version are not annoying. They are reasonably spaced out over time, so as not to interfere with your workouts. I was easily able to add my workout and make adjustments as needed. I highly recommend and am considering the paid app, as it is sure to be awesome, especially given how great the dress version has been so far.

Use this app this morning for the first time!! Simple to operate and very big screen to see the countdown. Love it!!

This would be the best app for exercising if there was an Apple Watch version. I having my phone with me when I workout.

Fantastic app! Very straightforward and simple to use. I love that I can customize the timer for whatever I feel like doing for that workout. I can leave it at the standard 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds for a Tabata workout. Or I can adjust any of the times for work intervals/rest intervals/number of reps/number of sets for other types of interval training. The countdown timer is spot-on, lets me focus on working instead of keeping track of time. Super helpful in my fitness journey! Highly recommended!!!
