Folders locked

Recent updates have locked my folders on iPhone XR. When the app was working it was a 5 star app. With the update it is not very useful.

Even after the latest update, the iPhone & iPad apps still aren’t functional. The app times out when I request a OTP. I received the OTP text, but the app freezes & I’m unable to login.

The new version has rendered my Syncplicity storage useless for mobile access. The app freezes on the OTP process and will not allow me to access anything.

After the new update, the app crashes immediately every time I open it. Tried deleting and reinstalling, issue still persists

This is not a scaled down iPad app... It works how you expect it to. Syncplicity allows me to edit, present, and share all of my office content right from my phone. Wow!
