It's all good

RERA_ESK

Not sure what people are saying, all in all I'm happy with it. Spend three dollars and see for yourself.

Sorry

ifoudmyfitbit

Sorry if I said it isn't working. Now it is.

Doesn't work - developer doesn't respond

J.Lev

Don't buy this app! It stopped working a month ago and the developer hasn't responded to my emails.

Missing steps

kenruss

I synced my watch to fitbit and even though i reached my step goal it changed on my dashboard to almost 2000 steps less

Doesn’t sync. Waste of $3! Stay away

No... it does NOT transfer your steps to Fitbit in a way you can compare with your friends

KelticBill

It’s Oct 29 2017, i have my iPhone , Fitbit app, Apple Watch and sync solver app set as directed. Steps do transfer to the Fitbit app, but they do not show up in your dashboard or against your name on the league table with your friends. I have no idea why this app is still allowed to be sold on the App Store it cannot work as Fitbit have restricted their app so much that syncing with it is pointless. Don’t waste your time and money on this - and sync Solver- shame on you- you have known this since 2015 and you still take people’s money for this useless app.

Not what you need it to do

This app does not add your steps to the weekly total, so if that is the reason to download it like it was for me then save your money because this is not the solution.

Intuitive. Not worth the cost.

HeavenHillHammock

In terms of app development, this is super simple and intuitive. It’s a breeze to connect and sync and I appreciate that. For the cost, it’s absolutely not worth it and I say that because you do not really get anything out of it. FOR CLARITY, when you sync with Sync Solver it syncs an hourly exercise to Fitbit that counts toward your total step count and daily exercise goal. It DOES NOT apply steps to your friend feed or group challenges. In summary, you pay $3 for your step count to be visible in the Fitbit app. Synced steps DO NOT count toward badged either. If you’re looking to keep up with the social component of Fitbit, this does not happen. That’s a Fitbit API restriction that no one but Fitbit has control over.

Sometimes works

iheefz

It doesn't always sync my data when I manually sync it. It also never syncs throughout the day like it says at the bottom of the app. Lately it just crashes and syncs less than 10% of the time. Don’t waist your money. This app’s quality just keeps going down hill.
