When attempting to sync, it never moves past active calories. I've left it to load for an hour with no luck. Nothing syncs between my apps, waste of $3.

Ask me when I first downloaded this and I'd have told you it's awesome. Now it won't sync active calories to iPhone Health app. Ever. And no support when emailing for it, no updates in forever...look elsewhere for an app that is actually updated on occasion.

Sync Solver to the rescue!! Works great to sync weight data from Aria scale No thanks to Fitbit for omitting Aria scale data sync to Apple Health...

Auto sync simply doesn't work. It requires opening the app and manually syncing to get data into Health app. I have confirmed the app is configured correctly and has been synced manually many times before. Not with the cost.

Not sure why I bought it given the reviews but I did and it’s no surprise that it just hangs half way through the sync. Initially I wanted it to sync steps only but when it hung I gave in and granted it permission to sync all data hoping it would start to function. No such luck. Just hangs. No data is synced, and my $7 is lost and gone (since I’m an idiot and bought their 3 pack of apps).

I am disappointed with the app because it does the job partially and has a couple of bugs: • does not sync sleep time correctly. If you have more than one sleep session in a given day, it will only sync one of the sessions • cannot sync active calories due to a bug

I have been using a FitBit Aria scale since 2014. I wanted to get my measurements into Apple Health. Google pointed me here and it worked exactly as expected. The first sync wrote 3000+ items, 1000+ each for weight, BMI, and body fat percentage. That’s about one measurement per day since I got it. This app worked EXACTLY the way I wanted: with one sync, every measurement my Aria scale ever made was placed in Apple Health. Thank you to the developer.

I’m looking into getting my money back. This app unfortunately has not yet recorded any of my info accurately. It keeps doubling everything which is not good since I am using it for Lark which is my heath app paid by my insurance company. Hence the necessity for precisely accurate information.

This app was working great until a few days ago when it stopped syncing and was giving this error. Logged in and out of both Fitbit and the app over and over and nothing seems to fix the problem. The error or question also isn’t featured in the FAQ... I feel like I wasted my money. There’s no support email either.
