Looks nice, but tilt controls on ipad air are way to sensitive.

Love the story. Love that more parts are coming.Love the idea as a whole. However, the controls are horrendous. Please! PLEASE! add an option for on-screen controls.

The good: SXPD is a game that came out of nowhere and has an unbelievable amount of work put into it. It is incredibly stylish and incorporates a comic featuring excellent art, and flows smoothly into the gameplay. The color scheme, animations, and overall style are persistent and well-thought out, reminiscent of MadWorld in its style. And the comic panels displayed during the gameplay add another layer to the story. The bad: the gameplay just isn't good. It's tedious and not very fun, and the variety of gameplay options is nonexistent. There are two types of missions, chase missions and combat missions. The comic builds up to the first combat mission and gets you excited, but once you get in the game, you realize there isn't much to do besides shoot your one machine gun and try not to hit the walls. The levels are bland and featureless, and there isn't much in the way of model design because of how far everything is from you. The controls are not very smooth and overall it's just not a fun game. Also, the story moves so lightning fast that the entire world, characters, and plot is introduced to you in one panel. There's no time to care about the characters. In Summary: If you want the cool comic thing, go play MadWorld. It's a very cool idea, but MadWorld is also a very cool, very fun, and very diverse game gameplay-wise, and SXPD, sadly, is not. I applaud Little Chicken for making the effort, however, and will definitely look into their other work.

This is an excellent game! I will agree that the tilt control is pretty sensitive, and it can be very frustrating at first, but with practice, the game gets much better! Personally, I think it is just part of the challenge, along with the graphics and the fast pace. You just have to train your hands, as well as your eyes, in order to master the game. Be patient, Grasshopper.

Controls were great but hard to master the game itself was easy for me too pass in the whole hour. It's got great visuals but very quick speeds make it hard to visualize

Had no problems before with tilt controls. Made it actually feel more hardcore which was the whole point of the game I think. Really enjoyed it but with little replay-ability and not a lot of content, this amazing game and concept falls desperately short. It still has potential though...can't wait for another chapter...
