The story revolves around the SXPD, an elite police force consisting of all female officers who enforce the law in the privately owned 52nd state of America; 'New Royale'; a hyper violent and bizarre scifi world.
Chase the gangs and violent criminals of New Royale, in a high speed bike pursuit across the dangerous environments of the dark State. Get lured into the sewers, wastelands and industrial zones of the city. And find out if the Rookie can save New Royale from the terrorists threatening it.
'The Rookie' is the first instalment of many episodes and features 6 chapters of comic book storytelling, and high adrenalin racing game action.

This has to be one of the nicest looking games on the ipad. Another example of the lines between mobile and console are dissolving. However, in my limited time playing the game I could see how game play could get redundant. Haven't started story mode yet.

I like this game very much. It is unique on a tablet to have these type of graphics. I would rate this a 5/5 if there was a settings menu to decrease the gyroscopic sensitivity when racing ; for turns/lateral movement. I found it a bit ultra sensitive on my ipad air to move when racing. Otherwise it is an intense racing-shooter and kept me on my toes. I like the comic book inclusion so if you do not like anything comic book related I would not buy it. I happen to love it.the fact that is in black & white adds to the appeal for me. Kind of brings a old school quality to the game. Very well done and again a setting menu would make it perfect for me.

This app is simply incredible! The artwork is amazing and unique, and the gameplay is great and smooth. Not only that, but the underlying story is also very interesting. One of the best apps I've ever bought. 5/5!

Creative gameplay, astounding visuals, the comic book style really works here (think Mad World), the chasing scenes are breath taking and the story is very good as well. One of my top games for iPad. On par with the likes of Monument Valley, S&Sep, Year Walk... to sum it up, one of the best games you'll find on the appstore.

Looks really cool..Beautiful..Cool story. Fun game. Hate tilt control...wish had Tap controls like Vector Runner. Black and white game really iz haz killer appearance. So sad I haz 2 kill the order of the black seraphim...lol

I bought this because I loved the art and story ideas. My first gen. iPad mini is having trouble keeping up with it though. Even with all apps closed, this has crashed three times in the last five minutes. It's gorgeous though! I'm going to keep trying to play it anyways!
First game I've played where I couldn't get through the tutorial in a reasonable amount of time.

Specifically, the missile part of the tutorial is massively frustrating. Game might be alright, but if it's anything like the tutorial it will be very bad.

For awhile I've been searching for racing shoot them up game and this is the one! Not only it's action packed with shooting but there's a manga story line to the game. Game play is fast and feels like your in the driver seat shooting up bad people! Love it!

This is a great game ! I love the graphics and the action ! I agree with everybody saying its. ( ultra sensitive ) especially on my IPad mini . I am really hoping on the next update you guys address this issue with a settings option ! I would have givin 5 stars !
