The app opens up but doesn't connect to the bulb my Bluetooth works but the app doesn't :( please FIX I own an iPad 2 and I'm running iOS 9.3.2
The app was working the first couple weeks I got it. About a month later, the app stopped working. It won't connect to my Bluetooth. I can listen to music through the bulb, but cannot use the app.
Ya my nickname sums it up. Fix this piece garbage app so I can smash while listening to music with no light
Return to store as quickly as possible. Get your money back wasted a hour of my life trying to get it to work.
Even though it will play music, (obviously Bluetooth IS connected), the app gives me a "Bluetooth not connected" message when I try to do anything with the light functions.
I would love for you to add more features to this app. Features such as: cool and warm whites, better music light response, and importantly: auto connection! also, I want the ability for it to go through the colors of a rainbow in a nice fade.
Always says "disconnected" when my phone is connected. Rlly annoying :/
iPhone 6 Plus. Won't connect in the app. Can't change colors. Please fix!!!
I have an iPhone 6s Plus. My phones normal Bluetooth connects and plays music but the app won't connect so I can switch colors or do what the app is intended for. It says "connecting" for however long I allow it to sit. Currently it has said "connecting" for almost 20 mins. I've restarted my phone and turned the light off and back on and it still won't work. PLEASE FIX ASAP
