When you have to try and try again to get it to work

Have to force the app closed a dozen or so times before it functions. You can tell the app has not been updated in sometime as it doesn’t fit the new iPhone max screen size and looks more designed for iPhone 5. Can’t understand why they don’t build new app from scratch. Even when you can load in it still crashes. I’ve uninstalled reinstalled multiple times. It doesn’t know about the app at all or basic it items at all. Only use because you have too

I have to delete the app after using it EVERY time I use it. When I download the app it does an immediate update of the software. I am then able to use the product. I then logout if the app. I have an iPhone XS Max. I keep hoping the update will fix this problem as it is quite frustrating.

This app doesn’t work for me. Every time I use it then go back to upload another one of my loads I have to delete the app then redownload it. That gets annoying after like the first 10x... just saying something wrong with this app.

I have to re download every time I use the app.it seems like it only works once or twice a download but it’s very helpful when it works

Much faster

This app is great. Much faster than scanning at a fuel stop or Swift terminal. I haven’t had any problems. If the paperwork doesn’t go through then I just do it again. This has happened only twice. If you are a Swift Driver, get this app. It will help you a lot. Thanks

I need to reboot my phone every time I want to trip scan my documents. Always log on with a blank screen! Always need to reboot my phone to use the app to trip scans, “please fix the problem” thank you!
