Can’t login

I’m a current driver and for 3 days it tells me server unable to connect. Same for dial in, I can get on portal but express says shuttle loads unavailable at this time. Please help and fix

It’s getting from good to very bad Last update a complete disaster It’s messing so bad I can’t even log in Msg says no access to this app App is loading in the background of this msg but you can’t use coz everything is freezes up The app was working ok but along the line somebody have to improve ( screwup) So now is completely worthless

1/2 of the time my access is denied. If I am in my truck and start it up and use my QC for a bit, my access gets restored. I can’t even use it anymore. Going back to Transflow.

Can't login to view/give customer my pickup info to get loaded and the in truck Qualcomm/Omnitracs unit doesn't have a signal out here. "Not Available. You currently do not have access to this application. If you feel you are receiving this message in error, you may contact your driver leader." Of course I'm receiving this message in error! You're crappy app is unreliable. This keeps happening. This is unacceptable. Fix it.

The back up for keeping up with trip scan is to email your BOL to payroll. I still received messages stating missing paperwork. There is a lack of congruency in UX. Voice Your Choice filters are faulty and do not populate in sync with button clicks. Boolean search definitely needs a tune up and search results in order would help. As drivers, we have only 14 hours a day, and most of it shouldn’t be spent trying to get the app to work.

This thing would be ok if it wouldn’t keep crashing all the time. I’m totally dependent on this app and Dial In for everything thing that I do with Swift. Just put some extra money into some good IT guys and please fix it correctly

Being able to scan trips and use the portal from mobile is great. I have been using this app to scan all of my trips for the past six months and only one page has ever been rejected for being illegible. Way better than using the Transflo machine in truck stops.

Love this app. Trip scan is outstanding. If you don’t have it get it!!! If you do have it and don’t use it what are you waiting for
