App doesn’t work well

I’m trying to set up the app but it won’t let me do what it’s asking for. And I can’t find the place for support. So far, this app is not a love connection.

I signed up for the “VIPea” subscription based on the great reviews on the App Store and in the media. I’m in Austin TX and the first night there were about 3 “matches”. After that - zero. None. Every day a message that the app was searching for 45 new matches, please come back the next day. I had zero filters on the match other than to meet a heterosexual person of the opposite sex - casting a very wide net. After a day or two I submitted a help request. If it was just that there were no other app users in Austin yet, that would explain it. No response from the company. I had to email them repeatedly and the customer support has been awful. “What zip code are you in” and “please remove all your filters” - that’s it. I’ve explained I have only the most basic filter, and can they please let me know whether there are 1) any other users in Austin, or 2) is there a glitch in the algorithm? No response. None. Poor customer service considering I’m paying for a “VIP-level” subscription. If there are simply no other users in my area that’s fine. But the company should be responsive and let users know after they ask specific questions when they get days of zero matches. Extremely unimpressed. Don’t waste your time and money.

The main reason to use a dating app is to meet people. You won’t be meeting people with Sweet Pea because no one is using it. They have made a reasonable app but without a huge leap in registrations, it is useless.

Takes a while to set it up. I've been on it for a couple of weeks. They promise you 45 matches every day, but I only see the same 5 people over and over again. And they don't even have normal photos. Either no picture at all or some random images. Total waste of time

Your app is being having many issues , and I am on a trial I would t imagine what would happen after I pay for using it .
Can’t Even Create Account

I was unable to create an account. When I tried to validate with Facebook it told me an unknown error occurred and told me to contact Sweet Pea support but gave no information how to do that. So then I tried with my cell phone number and it told me SMS failed. Those were the only two options. Seems like a substantial flaw. So I gave up and deleted the app.

Is it just me, or do these people not reply. I don’t know if I am doing the messaging wrong but I would like to have some help. Because I’m starting to become real spectacle about this app

If I have to pay to select my preferences you can’t call it free.if I can’t say I won’t date a smoker and I prefer non white men then what is the point of using this app
