Sweet Pea will always be free to use, but you can make your Sweet Pea experience even sweeter by becoming a VIPea. Access as a VIPea includes features such as:

• Powerful, detailed filters let you fine-tune your matches even further

• Drivers seat features give you even greater control over your Sweet Pea profile and experience

• Dealbreakers

• Message read receipts

• An ad free Sweet Pea experience

The fees for the Service are set forth below:

• 1 month subscriptions start at $12.00 / mo.
• 3 month subscriptions start at $10.00 / mo.
• 6 month subscriptions start at $8.00/ mo.

By becoming a VIPea you authorize Peas and Love Corporation to charge any fees due for the Service to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of your purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current 1, 3, or 6 month terms.

The auto-renewal feature may be turned off by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase and selecting the applicable function to deactivate the auto-renewal feature. You understand and agree that cancellation of the current subscription is not permitted during the active subscription period.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
