Challenging game but cannot finish without $$$

This is probably one of the more challenging sushi games and I finished it once. But, it gets progressively difficult to clear the levels, to a point that you have to spend real money to buy use special power ups. This is a bit disappointing, you should be able to earn coins to buy enough power ups so you can finish the game without spending real money.
