Almost to easy!

I have been browsing VPNs for some time and landed on Surfshark as it is so easy to get installed and up and running. The chat option is fantastic and very helpful. I will update as I use the VPN with my travels and daily use, but so far the only drawback is location for my home Hulu account needed to be reset and I lost my local channels, so I used 2/4 of my “home” changes, not a big deal as Hulu’s customer service is awesome too. At $1.99/month for 24mo (paid all at once $47.78) and a full refund if you don’t like it after 30days, what’s to loose. Like I said it is almost to easy with just setting up and account, installing the app/software and connecting to the server. (I’m running this on iOS devices, and windows devices. No issues as of 5/18/19)

I’m really enjoying your app thus far but I’ve run into a problem and it’s that I can’t log into my banking app on mobile and I’m not sure why. Is there a whitelister available for mobile? Let me know?

I had expressvpn until I came across and did research on Surfshark vpn. I have around 232 mbps download with my wifi and I get 220 with the vpn, which is just like expressvpn but cheaper! Only downside is the optimal location the app finds is not truly the best location so you will have to jump around locations near you to find the best one. Once you found it, just turn on killswitch and you’ll always be on it. I have not noticed and interference with apps and the customer support team is great. Glad i signed up with the promotion.

Great unless you’re trying to connect to DSL

So I’ve been using surfshark for a few months now. The service is great unless you need to connect to WiFi through DSL. The connection would keep dropping randomly and I would have to reconnect manually. This only happens on DSL. On cable internet or even cellular, my connections do not drop.

Trial not working

Before signing into a one or two years contract, I wanted to do the 7 days trial. I downloaded the iOS App on my iPad. It never worked, always telling that I have no active plan. Useless.

Why I can’t choose any other plan ? Like 1 month or 6 month , when I start subscribe immediately goes for annual subscription!!

Best Vpn price in the market (after used the expensive expressvpn) this works good, need some improvements and updates and they are doing it. Costumer service is exelent, server speeds normal works in all devices at the same time. Highly recommended for vpn users looking price and long time subscriptions.

i know its not free

You offer a free trial but do not show how much it will be after the trial unless I sign up. Why? I expect to pay it would just be great to know ahead of time how much.

I had Cyberghost,Aloha,ExpressVpn,Nord,and several others. First off this VPN in comparison to the others I have tried can go head to head with any of them as far as speed. Shark loses about 10 megabytes when set to optimum for me which is nothing compared to some of the others. Some of the other features Serious AD Blocker . Unlimited devices!!! The promotion is awesome. You can’t beat this VPN for the features or the price. The AD Blocker alone is worth the subscription fee to me. Privacy policy is very good.
