The first month was quite good, connectivity was constant and stable, but after the first month guarantee period ended I could hardly connect to any of the locations. If you’re in China you should probably try something else.

Not a good user experience. Unfortunately I suspect other vpns aren’t much better. I guarantee PIA is not any better. Reviewers that boast the privacy of Surfshark as being superior are either uninformed or liars. They think just because they think their ips are hidden their privacy is protected. It’s like when big companies always say they have the best safety standards or accounting practices, but every year some big company is making the news. So VPNs always say they are the best and people believe them. People believe them because the big VPNs say they don’t keep logs. when Surfshark responds to this review...they will say they don’t keep log. And people will believe them, and they are just people who respond to reviews. They don’t have a clue if Surfshark really keeps logs or not.

Love the app. The adblocker? Not so much

I love how simple the app is, the connections rarely limit speed, but the Adblock function seems to work poorly, I continually get ads on YouTube and they come in a variety of languages, which is a bit annoying

Unlimited devices, easy setup, usable on all platforms and the best price. Had some minor difficulty setting up on firestick and customer service was available and walked me through via chat. I don’t seem to have lost any speed either. Simple, smooth and effective.

I entered my email and password (as directed) and I get an error to contact customer service. Guess what vpn app I won’t be using. Correct “this one”. I don’t want to have to contact customer service just to sign up. So how many other glitches will this program have. Bye bye

Surfshark is solid on laptops, but my mobile device is where I need it most — and as of right now, it’s not so hot. I’ve been experiencing sudden disconnections and reconnections, often within 10 minutes of using my phone, that significantly slow down or stop browsing entirely. Support has been great with communication about the issue, but there’s no public issue tracker or priority progress that would help me see that the problem is being worked on. So far, mobile use is rough.
