only people with facebook can use this app. i don't have facebook - nor do I want it. i did want to use this app though

I need help, can't get past this screen with voiceOver!

Hi there! I am a blind user, who just started using this app. There is one problem I am encountering straight away. I seem to be stuck in a screen, and there are no other options. I can't even ask my own question! All I see is my profile button, and two or three of the same questions. Is there a way around this? I am using voiceOver, with IOS 12.4.
