Fun game, but has issues

I previously had this game, but stopped playing due to no new levels and having achieved all heroes and buildings. Just downloaded again to play new levels, and it won’t let me restore purchases from the first time I played it. Very frustrating. Please fix.

After the new update the app wouldn’t let me play so I made sure my game was saved in my iCloud so I deleted it and reinstalled it now all of my progress has been deleted even when I restored it on cloud. I’m highly upset and I’d rather delete the entire app then play over again. And I actually reached out for help but that was no help . Just a waste of time

The game truly is one of my favorites, and although the bug mentioned in the last edit was repaired, now my game gets reset regularly, causing me to have to replay every level all over again. I had already finished all the old levels, so when the new ones came out, I was ready to play. But then I opened the game, and all of my level progress was wiped. The heroes I unlocked remained, mind you, but I had to start over from the top. I eventually managed to clear all of them again, but today I open it and find out that, what do you know, the levels were wiped again. Please fix this. This game is my favorite mobile game of all time. If the error is repaired, the stars will jump like Ari back up to five golden stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love SuperCat since the first game of it and I love the characters and the quest and how smooth they look and I just don’t know what to say because I’m so impressed of it and the work that you’ve done for this whole game and the quality of it and everything????
