Fun game, but has issues – Super Phantom Cat 2 Review

I previously had this game, but stopped playing due to no new levels and having achieved all heroes and buildings. Just downloaded again to play new levels, and it won’t let me restore purchases from the first time I played it. Very frustrating. Please fix.
