There is no player support from the designers. They don't care about you only your money. So if you don't already play don't start

Crashes over and over, even to the point that reloading the game no longer fixes the issues. Don't bother contacting customer support, they never respond. Also they allow racist and bigoted remarks to be posted in their online chat

Seems like every couple of months there is a reload of the game. This time can’t even get it to open. My fleets and cities are exposed and once again I am helpless. Can’t provide account number as I can’t get into game.
