Very Very Upset at the Game
Yes it is only pay to play! Lots of glitches and crashes. They lost my account and never responded to my requests for help in recovering it. Do Not waste your time or money on this scam.

I lost the password for my account and I kept getting pushed from email to email and it seemed as the same person not having a clue or maybe not even giving a crap! I am so disgusted with the level of unprofessionalism and lack of client appreciation. I nearly spent 50.00 on this game to not be able to use it. This game should be banned from Apple Store!

This game crashed during $50 purchase. After a week of emailing with tech support, they finally gave the diamonds. They did not give the in game VIP for the purchase making the purchase worthless. VIP is the most critical part of the game.

Not worth it, support said reinstall, ended up losing everything, took weeks for them to admit the have 1 developer, and 1 person responding to support requests, and that person is ill-equipped to handle a pencil.

This is a pay to play game, if your not willing to spend $3000 or more don’t bother. There is no definitive winner, no real legion / team play. Multiple alt accounts by the same players, vulgar language on chat boards. Not iPad native, lots of log-on issues. Game is very buggy and every update causes more bugs. Awful Tech and Sysop Support. This Chinese company does not and will not refund your money.

All of these "login issues" have been resolved I am an avid player and maybe once every few months I have trouble logging in.abd when I do I delete the app then reinstall

I'll admit I've been playing for over a year. Probably because of the $ and time I've already committed. Not very realistic. Chat is out of control and the most powerful player is a Beta Tester for the developers. He alone is stronger then any legion. Sort of makes play uneven.

So I have been playing this game for some time and invested time and money. It was fun but customer service is horrible. I recently switched phones and lost the ability to access my character after emailing back and forth they can't tell me my username, and they have no way help people retrieve theirs if you lost it. You get one star for garbage customer service. Now I will delete you.
