Its fun but it cost me more then 500$ to have that fun unless you enjoy being weak and lose all the time you can free play i know people that have but i also know how long it took them

This game always has one or more bugs happening at once. If you try to tell them about a bug through their 'Customer Service' they'll deny it tooth and nail. This game is not enjoyable unless you spend a massive amount of money on their premium currency and even then you barely know how to play. It's way too hellbent on grinding and throws useless things at you(the better items of course go to those who've invested 100+ dollars in just that one event)

Recently there was an event that had some issues. I did not receive rewards. This sounds minor, but I invested a lot of resources to attain my ranking. I have definitive, time-stamped proof that I made the ranking. Customer Service not only will not acknowledge that I made the ranking, despite the proof, they have now banned me from messaging them. There seems to be no recourse or alternative contacts. If you are looking for a game that values it's customers, as much I love this game, look elsewhere.

This review is intended to be seen by the people that are having trouble with server names and having to "start over". It is very easy to find ur old account. U just have to look on the older servers, thats how i found my old account. Just look around the old servers and u r bound to find it! Hope it helps...!

If you ever want to play a game that makes you question life and hate yourself this is the game for you. If you want to be the best hen get ready to spend money or find the hacked version of this game. I'd give this a 0 star rating but it won't let me.

Playing the time limited monster I decided for once to spend pokestones to try to win only to have my money taken but not get moved up the states. It's annoying, I lost a lot of money.
