CustomerSupport is not dealing fairly with me – Super Evolution Review
Recently there was an event that had some issues. I did not receive rewards. This sounds minor, but I invested a lot of resources to attain my ranking. I have definitive, time-stamped proof that I made the ranking. Customer Service not only will not acknowledge that I made the ranking, despite the proof, they have now banned me from messaging them. There seems to be no recourse or alternative contacts. If you are looking for a game that values it's customers, as much I love this game, look elsewhere.
