I have sent you 4 tickets through your game support and have received no response. This is a copy of my original complaint, and it still stands true. “hi. today, 20 Oct Jack & Beanstalk crashed at 8:00 pm Eastern time USA. I was playing 4 cards that cost me a total of 60 credits, not to mention that it looked like I had bingos. would appreciate refund of 60 credits plus a gift of good conscience for my loss. Thank you.”
