I absolutely love this app. I’ve had a few careers in which it’s been incredibly helpful. As a professional photographer knowing where the sun is and it’s going to be is invaluable. As a realtor being able to show my clients the Orcutt the sun throughout the year on a property that they were thinking of purchasing, again invaluable.

3D view does not work

I changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars. You need to go into PRIVACY>LOCATION SERVICES> STSTEM SERVICES>TURN COMPSS CALIBRATION ON. This will make sure your 3D map view works!! Old review: “I used to love this app but the 3D view has not worked for me in a very long time. It’s always telling me that my Compass Calibration needs to he turned on but it already is. I hope this gets fixed one day! I’ll gladly change my review then.”

As a photographer this is a great utility. It helps me plan shoots and when magic hour is going to be. I love the ar mode. It is very helpful with previz of shadows for evening or morning shoots.

An excellent App. I utilize it for production location surveys to determine the most appropriate time for production at the recording sites. It is good to know if the shadows will help or hurt the shot for which I am looking.
