I login every day to play this game, using the same account information I have used for the entirety of playing this game. Today I was signed out and I used the same exact information I have always used and it says my information is incorrect. This game is very fun and I’ve played for awhile, but I cannot play anymore as I am locked out of my account and com2us is very bad with customer service. There is nothing I can do and it is frustrating as I have spent a lot of time on this game, I am hoping it doesn’t go straight to waste.

Currently game has the worst security and is being hacked left and right. People who spend money and time on this game are losing out on their accounts. I’m hoping people will give this game a low rating to get this company to invest in their security and bring this game back to its glory.

I played for months diligently and this time I am done! 4 successive terrible “premium pack” with 3 star monster is unacceptable!!! If you play this game be prepared to feel frustrated and angry! Well, I am done! I have given time and money and all I got are crappy monsters! Goodbye!

For the love of god, if I have to download “additional” data ONE more day, I’m done, I love this game but having to basically REINSTALL this game is cutting my phone battery to 50% just to update this game EVERYDAY, I’ll take my money elsewhere, where the games ACTUALLY WORK.

I’ve been playing for a year and a half, I’ve watched my brother and my husband and friends get great unique characters, I continue to get the same things over and over and over again, sometimes I get three back to back of the same guys. I’m getting bored now ,beings I play the same dam level in the dungeon and still can’t get past 50 in toa because I am NEVER given a rare character. Every time I turn around someone I know is summoning a awesome character and I’m just like really! Anyways If you hv patience and want to wait years upon years upon years just to get a specialty character this game is for you! I loved this game but at some point I would like to show off a cool rare character to someone I know. I can’t hv that bad of luck , oh wait but I do with summoners war. I’m gonna go download some new rpg games and see what my luck is like else where for awhile. Other then my little rant it is a great game and passes time. The graphics are great and the characters are beautifully designed, comm2us has plenty of events to keep you busy and constantly giving you mystical scrolls , mana, energy, through out the events. Good luck to you all , hope you enjoy the game as much as I did!

I’m trying to play the game after the last update and now it says I don’t have internet and now I can’t play it I like this game please fix it so I can go back to play it thanks also why a lots of the players gets a dragon and I can’t get one at all I ways get a 4* the only way for me to get a 5* I have to buy it

When I started the game was largely pvm with a light touch of pvp. More recently the developer has switched focus toward heavy emphasis on pvp and pvm being an after thought. Given that some monsters are significantly better than others and the player has no control over which monsters they get it means unless you are lucky you will be at a significant disadvantage. Same with tunes which are very important. Even worse are the randomness which can result in you enemy having 5 turns which you have one despite having the exact same runes. For some reason they implemented it such that player has less chance to get the proc than the computer controlled player which significantly increase frustration. Similar thing happen with the resistance. When it was mostly about pvm theses things didn’t matter so much but now the game will make you more stress and upset rather than making you have fun and relax. The new siege battle concept while interesting conceptually is designed to pile up additional frustration due to: - Very poorly balanced match up - Twice as many looser as winner - lack of information about what you are really facing (runes and the like, arena grade is meaningless since many strong account Smurf’s in arena) meaning the human player has a higher chance to loose individual battle And contrary to what com2us claim the strategic element of the game is now gone since even if you have the perfect counter, the other team is just going to proc violent until your mons are all dead. Given the state of things and the huge time investment required, I would not advise picking up the game at this point, and I am in the process of considering quitting.

I love this game its fun and it has a decent story to it love the graphics love the characters little bit of bugs here and there but overall it is an amazing game i would recommend this to anyone who likes farming and pvp

I love this game, but I am so sick of having to download extra content EVERY single time I open the app. It’s annoying and it makes me not even want to play because I have to wait 20 minutes to play. It’s ridiculous. I doubt y’all update the game every two minutes, so I shouldn’t have to download new content every single time I open the app. You should fix it before people get sick of it and just stop playing. It would be a shame.
