Crack-o-licious
This game would be a lot more fun if they would make a small but crucial change. When playing the computer you often know you have it beat 15 minutes before the game is over. The computer AI should know it too. If the game would offer to concede at that point, it would save a lot of monotonous game play. Barely giving this three stars given this major oversight.

This game works but the ai can take a while and there are a few bugs here and there. Also when you buy the full version or all the factions, the game won't let you vs certain ai factions which are the filth, Deep Dwarves, Swamp orcs, Cloaks, and Mercenaries. Pro: Works and is fun. Just like the board game. Interesting soundtrack and there are unique sound effects for some units/summoner. Multiplayer Online Cons: Buggy A.I. Can take a while to think. Incomplete a.i. factions TO GO AGAINST even if you bought all factions. (What the heck seriously?) No Hot seat mode where two players can vs each other on same mobile device. No updates to fix or add anything (app likely abandoned despite this app being very expensive if you bought all factions) Needs newer factions (alliances, 2nd summoners). Has only all cards up to reinforcement packs.

This game gets a lot of love among reviewers. Split opinions on chat boards. I wanted to see what it was about. The app itself was clunky, with some uncertainty on how things should be done. The absence of a random deck option, especially when against an AI opponent, is disappointing. Moreso, this free version is meant to engage me with the game and encourage me to buy more decks or to buy the tabletop game. The Phoenix Elves, the only free deck, appear to be a blunt and unstrategic race. The AI is very simple, I won my tutorial game and every game thereafter, so there is absolutely zero push to understand the intricacies and nuances of the game. Is there a fun game here? Maybe. Lots of people seem to think so. Am I going to spend more money to find out if it will be worth it? No. Not inspired to find out more. Perhaps I would have paid 2.99 for an app with several decks unlocked, and perhaps that would have been a better introduction.

Absolutely fantastic

Excellent strategic card game, the app makes it easy to play online and I haven't been able to put it down for days. Games are quick, less than 30 minutes and the different factions are a lot of fun to explore. A must buy.

Last update is a bit more from minor fixes. Now Ai plays more better and use custom decks!!!
