My game updated today (2/8/18) and I lost all my rewards that I got. Now it looks like I have to start collecting them again. Other than that I do love this game.

After I did the update it took me back 500 levels I was already at level 821 and it took me back to 221! I’m pretty upset because I constantly play the game to be taken back that many levels! If I would have known I wouldn’t have ever done the update!

Play this game daily and had almost 30 of each of the boosters saved up along with hundreds of coins and the new update put everything back to 0 and my coins down to 50. Was a fun game until everything was taken

Major problems

I have major problems with this game. The screen often stays black. I have lots of error screens getting in to the game, then when i do get in to the game, the screen sometimes will not rotate. Very frustrating to play. Using latest ios ipad

Love the game, but... My husband and I play this all time on our free time to unwind and compete with each other for fun. However just the other day, I think 2 days ago (today 02/09/18) we lost our levels. He was over 1000 and I was in the 800's, for some reason our numbers reset and now I'm in the 600's and my husband is in the 700's. I know it's just a game, but it's frustrating. Don't know if this happened to anyone else?

I lost hundreds of levels and all my power-ups after the last update. Not cool. All good now. Thank you!

Fun game but erases with updates

I like the game and have fun playing it. But every time it changes themes I lose my game and have to start back at 1 the first time I was on level 99 the second time it happened I was almost to level 400. I’m rather disappointed. Not sure if I will continue to play this game anymore.

I really enjoy this game but this week it asked for my age?? Started me at level 1 BUT for the last 5 days I’ve been back and forth with Email support I did everything she asked me to do before she told me to do it that’s was in my original email we’re Day 5 and she keeps responding with same comments and questions. I would think after answering steps 1-5 in 2nd email seeing the pics I sent that by day 5 of emails back and forth shed just tell me yes we’ll put you at your previous level or no sorry you have to start over. So my one is for customer support.
