Why did my game just reset itself to level one when I have been playing it for a very long time and was at an over 500 level earlier today. My phone is fine. No other game on my phone has done this. Please help. I am so disappointed that I will delete this app before I start all over again.

I am not sure what the developers can do about this, but after updating the app today, I lost most of my levels... I was at about 600...can’t remember exactly... and found myself playing level 35 when I opened the app this evening ?

Lost my boosters/cheats. Finally the game allowed us to “earn” boosters instead of buying them then to just to update the app and lose them all. Total bummer.

Love, love this game and have been playing for years, however this last update took me back over 1,000 levels and lost most of my bonus items that I have earned. Contacted support and awaiting a response. Just warning others out there about this latest update

I love this game. It’s a fun easy way to pass the time ... I just hate that I was on level 300 something and it crashed and when I reopened it, it started me back at level 1... lost all my power ups and everything. That’s very disappointing

My dad was at 800 but some how he is now at 262. And I was at 270 but now I am at 50. Can you please fix this right away. Thank you

They updated the game yesterday and today when I opened it I was pushed back to level 435 when in fact I left off at level 639???? What’s happening??? This is the second game in few days that they update and mess up. Fix it please !!!! Thank you
