Can finally use the Apple Pencil while solving

For several years I used another Sudoku app that used the Apple Pencil to enter numbers. Unfortunately, the app no longer works in IOS 11 and the developer has stopped upgrading it. I was so glad to find this app which uses the Apple Pencil. The character recognition is great and it is much easier and faster to use than the apps that don’t have this feature. I recommend it highly.

The game is great for sudoku players. Lots of levels and options for game play. Their customer support is fabulous!! They responded in less than an hour for an issue I was having. I highly recommend this app if you enjoy sudoku.

I seriously enjoy this app and play whenever I can on my iPad Mini 4. Now, if it was only available on Android...

They update this app regularly. Bug fixes? Lol! I have never had one problem with this game, ever. When you need a no hassle, no drama distraction, this is it!

Why on God’s green earth would someone make a sudoku app that doesn’t stay open when you don’t touch it? That alone makes it unplayable as I can’t sit and think without being stressed the screen is going to go to sleep. Also not really all it’s cracked up to be, too many settings for my needs and I like the simple basic app better. But the sleep thing kills me, like what a basic need!!!!

This is the essential sudoku app. I would suggest one thing though, if not for being featured by Apple I wouldn’t have noticed how customizable the app is. Maybe after the first game a notification should pop up telling people to check out settings? Just a thought

The clean graphics are nice, but this is hardly deserving of the name “master.” I haven’t played Sudoku in years, so I played on Easy the first time. I put in a wrong number in my distraction, and the app auto-fixed it - where’s the fun in that? After that I decided to give the most difficult level a shot, and I solved it in under 10 minutes without needing to use the pencil tool hardly at all. I guess I’m used to professional puzzles, but if it’s going to be the hardest level, I should be using the pencil, struggling, and taking my time to get through it. These puzzles are way too easy.

Can’t change mistyped numbers

There is no redo or erase function if you accidentally touched an unwanted number. You just have to stick with it. Or the function exists but is buried so deep that I looked for 5 minutes and still couldn’t find it. Can’t believe such a trashy design actually made it to the app of the day. This casts doubts on apple’s editors.

It's one of the only good Sudoku games I've played, and believe me, I've played a LOT. It has good gameplay,and I really like the ability to change color and theme. Overall, its amazing!

So customizable!

There are settings for pretty much every UI and display so you can play however suits you best. Very sleek, enjoyable design, with good difficulty scaling!
