Ads are terrible

After finishing a Sudoku, an ad for some "story game" pops open and you can't get rid of it. You have to quit that app and restart it to eliminate it. The developers need to fix that accident. It is an accident, right? Don't bother getting this app until you see they have fixed the problem. It used to be a good Sudoku app, but they have ruined it.

Helpful features. Highlights row/column number and box for any candidate to allow you to evaluate your options. As simple a layout as you could want. Great app!

I love Sudoku and have tried a few different apps. This is by far my favorite.

I’ve tried several versions and this is definitely my favorite. If I could be granted one wish, however, it would be to have the option of removing the “cell first/digit first” button via the settings and making the choice there instead. If I had a nickel for every time i accidentally bumped that button when going for the 6 button... Also, maybe the option of doing a single tap to enter a small number and a double tap to enter a “permanent” number, so you wouldn’t have to keep hitting the pencil. But again, great game!

I used to do the puzzles in the newspaper but digital versions didn’t allow notes, so I haven’t done them in a long time. I was delighted to find that this app uses the same notation system that I used in the newspaper puzzles. The only problem I have is ensuring that I have the pencil mode set when I want to make a note and the digit mode when I’m ready to fill a space. Maybe if the pencil mode inverted colors or something to make the mode more obvious, that would help avoid mistakes.

It’s the best sudoku board game I have ever played. I like when the numbers stay highlighted, also when the rows and columns get highlighted and the fact that it gives you a count on how many individual numbers you have on the board and if you ever make a mistake, it lets you know. I have not played in a competition before but the option is there..!! Thank you and keep it free. I will give it 6 Stars..!!
