Good Sudoku app.

This Sudoku app is a challenge at the Extreme level. I’m still playing at the extreme level. Pshew, its a mental workout. Whenever I make a mistake and duplicate a number in a row, column or 9x9 square, the app alerts me. Sometimes these errors result from my finger ever so lightly brushing the touch screen not meaning to insert the number. I haven’t broken the 4 minute mark yet at the extreme level but I’ve been close a handful of times.
More than one way to solve a board

After my previous favorite Tap Sudoku stopped getting updates, I tried a half dozen apps before finally finding this one, where I could enter the number first then the cell. This speeds up your ability to play and is really a must, but most apps don’t offer it. After one game, I was pleasantly surprised at how the game also keeps your top 10 times. Neat! However, after playing 5-6 times (on “extreme” naturally bc I’m an addict), I came to a point when I realized there were no certain moves left. Thinking I may have missed a hint, and being nervous about the ticking clock, I guessed and it worked. But this continued to happen and I realized these are not true sudoku boards. A TRUE SUDOKU BOARD HAS ONLY ONE WAY TO SOLVE THE PUZZLE. The boards in this app offer several. This is problematic bc you are required to make 50/50 guesses (which often both work) in order to complete the puzzle. There’s no logic as to which 50/50 cells have one or two possibilities. Therefore, there is a new component of luck introduced, and that’s just not sudoku. I love the other features and gameplay functions but I’m not sure I can support this unfortunate flaw in the game itself.

Has different levels depending on my mood, easy and relaxing up to challenging my mind. Easy to see and use. No downside to it in my opinion.

I like the way it lights up the same numbers, e.g., when you put in a 6 all the 6's light up. Makes it go faster and helps a lot. I have always liked Sudoku, and this version is great!

I've played this particular app for years now, and I really enjoy it. The levels are accurate, in that the easy level is good for beginners, the expert level is definitely challenging. Sometimes in playing I'll accidentally hit the advertisement though which can be annoying. I've played other Sudoku apps, but this is the best one.

I’ve played it for years. The improvements have made it easier to use. I love how quickly I can erase or undo - especially when my finger puts it in the wrong place.
Tougher than other versions

I love sudokus and this app is more challenging than most. I like the number of customizable options.
