I have been using the SubAlert app for about six months. Functionally, it works fine. I would like to be able to select a job and contact the employee to ask questions before accepting the job. Aesthetically, hate the black and white. More white and colors needed. Other sub apps are so colorful.

The subscription is a very small price to pay considering how many jobs I get because of this app. It took about 15 seconds from the time posted of an absence for me to receive the notification for the job on my phone! (Tested it with a coworker) Amazing app, although I would love to see a calendar view feature. Great service, had no problem getting very fast and efficient support from the SubAlert team when I had an issue with a subscription. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get more assignments in.
Only app you need as a substitute

I've substitute taught for years and this is the only app I've used. It pays for itself because you get more sub jobs with it. Plus it makes it raid to know your sub schedule because it's all the in the app. Highly recommended!
Useful, but can’t cancel.

This app is an effective an fast way to ensure that I have a job everyday! The app shows available, scheduled and past jobs, however, I would love a feature that filters to my calendar, or have the ability to cancel jobs. Overall, as a sub, I would recommend this app.

I loved using this app! I NEVER missed an opportunity to work while SubAlert was on my phone. I wish I would have know about it earlier in my subbing life. Keep up the awesome work!!

Love the app just hate that if you cancel they stop the subscription right away,. it should let you keep it until the end of the month . I wish I could cancel assignments from the app also

Great, easy to use app! You get quick notifications of job openings that you can accept immediately-it also adds the job to your calendar if needed, and offers directions to the specified school! Very reasonable monthly fee for all that is offered!

This is the way to go! It saves time logging into AESOP. I could quickly accept or reject jobs. My notifications were timely. I am going to take a hiatus from subbing but when I return I will definitely choose Sub Alert again!
