طبعاً من العنوان واضح تقيمي امس كانت اول تجربه لي مع التطبيق لطيف و ملابسه جميله طلبة و وصلت طلبيتي بعد يوم حماس بسرعه وصلت جودة الملابس عاديه بس حلوه باللبس مو هنا المصيبه!! لم استلمت الطلبيه عامل التوصيل طلب رقم الاحوال حقتي انصدمة بس انا مو حاطتها بالموقع عشان يطلب مطابقه و مو مستعمله اسمي الحقيقي حتى؟!! سلامات ليش يبيها و بسرعه رفضت و اصر انها من سياسة البرنامج و هو ماله دخل ، طنشته و كملت حياتي الا ورقم غريب يكلمني واتس و شكله من الاسم تبع ذا راعي التوصيل. فاربطت الامور و رحت بحذف اللكيشن من حساب التوصيل طلع حافظه عنده و ما ادر احذف اي شي منه يعني رقم البيت و اللكيشن يعني حركة مرسموه عشان يسرقون؟!! طبعاً برفع فيهم بلاغ بس حبيت احذر لاحد يطيح بالي طحت فيه

بإختصار أسوأ متجر مر علي 26 يوم انتظر استرجاع لمنتجات ولازالو يماطلون يوم ورا يوم ، منتجات وصلتني ب16ساعة بالضبط والاسترجاع بيكمل شهر ! غير خدمة العملاء السيئة والشكاوى ماتفيد فيهم لاتحطون نفسكم مكاني وتتوهقون معهم. 0/10

التوصيل كان خلال ٣-٤ ايام لكن الاسترجاع سيء ومماطلة طلبيتي من شهر ٧ بداية الحجر المنزلي والآن شهر ١٢ لا حس ولا خبر.. تواصلت معهم قالوا مالنا علاقة التأخير من شركة الشحن
