Jury still out

I had no issues uploading pictures unlike many of fellow reviewers. It’s easy to navigate & self explanatory. Been on this app for 2 days. I’m hopeful it’s a good app but jury is still out. I don’t understand why disclosing location for a photo is required in order to complete uploading process. It would be great if the app had the ability to assess and display for you the resolution level of your uploaded photo. Or, at least reject your upload due to low resolution.

App and site down for weeks

Website and app have been down for weeks, unsure if or when it will be back up; was looking to purchase art from a particular artist who does not have prints available elsewhere and now am unable to purchase. Disappointed.

Trying to verify my email, but the link they send just takes me to a page where my email is being “validated” and doesn’t do much after that it just keeps on loading. Sad.

Great app but glitchy

I love this app. Started using it on my computer. Giving it 3 stars because for the last month or two I have not been able to post new pics from my computer. The upload goes all the way and then it just loads for ever. I’ve tried it on multiple pictures and it won’t work. I’ve emailed MiPic twice and they have not responded. Idk how to get rid of the glitch. Luckily I decided to try the same pics through my phone. Not convenient but at least it works.. I wish I knew why it stopped working on my computer so I can post pics at a much faster rate.. Besides that, the products are amazing and it isn’t pricey to order some to the U.S.
