I ordered 10 items from the StyleWe website 12 days ago, and paid for 2-5 days Express Shipping. I still have not received any of my items. I need the clothing for a planned vacation. Very disappointed. Please advise.

Ordered three dresses on 5/28. It is now July 15 and have only received one! Charged for all three!

I don’t know what to do to get my stuff or my money back! I ordered 3 items, only one delivered, one shipped and one is still processing! I knew all the stuff have to ship from China so there will be delaying but no one replied my email when I ask for money back!

I placed an order over 5 weeks ago and haven’t received it yet. I have emailed twice and asked them to cancel it, and no one will respond. I have since been told that they will ship my items from China so it will cost me a fortune to return. This site it a total scam - BEWARE!

I love Style We! I love having access to all of these amazing designers at my fingertips. It is unfortunate that shipping takes so long. I have purchased items for special occasions more than a month out but had to make other arrangements because my items took so long to arrive. Returns and refunds/credits take what seems like forever as well.

I bought a dress using the app and apparently it didn’t manage to create account and capture the order. I only realize it when I wanted to return the dress but I was unable to do it cos there’s no account created hence no order to request for return!!!
