I paid an express shipping and they gave me absolutely NOTHING this is s lying low down website that should be eliminated from the internet

I bought a dress from Stylewe for the first time, and the dresses arrived with each seam open with very obvious holes throughout the whole out layer. I asked for an exchange, and they replied it’s easier just for me (actually for them) to keep the faulty clothes, and they will issue a 15% refund. They told me to take the dress to a tailor to fix it. I live in the Bay Area and there’s nobody who would charge less than $20 for anything. Plus why should I go through the trouble for that? They emailed again and said they would offer 35% refund. But seriously, who else would let their customer pay for something faulty? I had told them, that originally I was just asking for an exchange, but now I want a refund and a prepaid shipping label so I can send the defective dress back to them. This is outrageous. If anybody want to pay for a bad quality dress, be my guest. Otherwise, no matter how pretty their photos look, please go somewhere else.

Their return center is located at China. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are responsible for paying international shipping fee to send your items back to China. You are also responsible for custom fee if there is any. The return process was slow and took me 5 days just to get the unpaid return label from them. I highly recommend you stay away from this merchant.

I placed an order, which was said to ship in 7-9 days. It is now 21 days later and I have not received ANYTHING!! It was a rather large order, my mistake.

This website is horrible and things don’t arrive in good condition. For the price you pay you definitely don’t get anything of quality!

StyleWe used to be so much better. They’re customer service always sucked but the quality of the clothes for the price was good. Now they want a ridiculous price for their clothes and it’s a gamble when and/or if they’ll come, whether they’ll fit and what quality you’ll get. Why would anyone bother? You can do much better just spending your money in the U.S. The positive reviews posted here are fake and likely added by the company. The English is so bad and the comments are so ridiculously stupid who else would write them. It makes me angry that Stylewe is allowed to do business in the U.S. Run away!
