I've found this app quite recently but now I can say that it is good. My weight became lower, my forms became slim. But I think it took me so much time to achieve results. I think I could come for this results faster with personal trainer.

Pretty nice app. I was countining my fasting manualy, it's not that hard but using the app makes it even more easy. Using 16-hour interval and custom (for 12-14 hours intervals), can't say anything bad about it.

I tried fasting with this app just out of curiosity as I was sure I couldn’t handle it. But it turned out to be not as difficult as I expected. I don’t really know how long I will be able to stick to fasting, but for now this app motivates me not to eat at night.
