I've downloaded this app to try it out. It didn't work. I did not purchase anything, yet now I received a bill for $69.00. Something is wrong here...will file a complaint with Apple about this.

Worked before iOS updated

It was working well until Apple updated the OS, now I can't sign in (log on) to the VPN service

I purchased this because of previous fantastic reviews and recommendations from my daughter and my brother. With these current reviews is our security jeopardized and do you have a time when you will fix these just installed updates?

I've been using StrongVPN for the past few months. It does what you need it to do except few simple things that may jeopardize your privacy. The app doesn't reconnect when switching between wifi networks. This leaves you exposed until you reconnect it manually. The app also doesn't reconnect when you switch from your home internet to the phone service provider 3G or 4G networks, e.g. If you are connected to the vpn when you are home then leave the house, the app can't reconnect you to the vpn service until you do it manually. By the way, this happens when you connect through PPTP, L2TP and SSTP protocols. I hope it gets resolved soon.
