I used to be able to connect on 4g and WiFi both . But now I can’t connect the vpn on 4g anymore .

I bought this product to protect my communication on public networks. IT DOES NOT CONNECT to StrongVPN servers at all. I contacted customer service, they emailed me some instructions on how to add configurations and NOTHING! I bought this product because it was highly recommended by CNET. Regrettably, I made the huge mistake of getting the yearly subscription.

We have used Strong VPN on Windows 10 and IOS for the last couple of years. No problems, it just works as it should.
Does not work after update

The app does not connect after update , use to work fine before the update . No much help from help desk other than resending the username and password and server link . This info already checked but still my app on iPhone does not connect
