Try to play this with headphones and the new case on. The game won't flip, so u are forced to deal with a headphone jack in the way of your left hand, and you cover falls down the back. Why control which way we hold the iPad? Probably only tested on iPhone or a iPad with no headphones or cover.

The controls are annoying with no ability to invert up and down while keeping left and right intuitive. I refuse to play it under these conditions. Waste of a dollar.

What that other guy said. Gotta be able to choose which control axis you invert. Feels like I'm drunk-flying my spaceship. Just a simple oversight though, easy to fix; you guys did a great job on everything else. :)

No tutorial, seemingly endless waves of enemies with only one blaster and ships cost way to much to unlock. The graphics are good, and the controls are pretty easy. I can see where this will evolve into a good game, but the developer should be ashamed they released this.

Just what I said, it was a great game until I lost everything but the trophies or achievements. The support website has a problem and could not be emailed. It was a lot of fun, a throwback to the excellent Wing Commander games. It was fun while it lasted. WestarPrime

So for the time being, this game is a little light in the content department; but the graphics are beautiful, & the action is sleek & solid. Hope there's more to come, because this is definitely a solid foundation, for a possibly amazing game. Keep up the great work guys, and don't let a handful of haters get you down.

I agree with most of the low score reasons given the game. It has been overly marketed with embellished and misleading rhetoric about having stunning graphics and fluid but underdeveloped controls. The story line is weak and the power ups and improvements are disproportionately priced which leads one to believe that they are ONLY interested in making that initial one dollar selling price. After all, know one wants to sit around writing reviews like this over the loss of .99
