Great
Atlanta Rider

Love it. Requires experience you get through diligence. No crazy upgrades for 5 - 50 -100$. Unless you want. No tricks that drive you out due to dead end playing.

Best air craft game I’ve ever played
gogo seewa

I’ve played many Airplane games this takes the cake only they should make the level 36-100less hard to get or they should be able purchase them

Great game nothing wrong with it

For who love the real facts; excellent game
WinNaing7

I m playing for more than 3 years. And never get bored.. Recommend for those who love action game based on real facts. All the airplanes are with realistic detail and good facts and history to read. (I do not like cartoon or fake star war like staff.) this is the best one for who love real aircraft facts.

Shorty Shooter
DD Fan Man

Been playing since it hit the App Store and still find it interesting and entertaining! Keep 'em coming!

Controllability Suffers

DEVELOPER-READ THIS! Make an option for one on one! Take a hint from all reviews. Could be fun. However, controls are completely out of whack in attempting to shoot down targets that move like house flies. Attempting to maneuver the aircraft for the chase requires turning the iPhone upside down where you can't see the screen. Both chase aircraft and target aircraft need some serious reality algorithms to make is reasonable time play

No big whoop here...

This Strike Fighters game was definitely less than I expected. Then, I downloaded Alliance Air War and that was the end of SF for me. AAW has sharper graphics, an actual tutorial at the start, and an integrated hub with easy touch action. SF launches you into flight and a mission immediately. That is usually exactly what I would want to do however the tilt was all out of whack, I kept crashing, and we never got anywhere. So I guess I'm saying that I like AAW much better, because my user experience was much easier and fun. And, AAW actually has a message from the publishers, a road map of upcoming ideas from the developers, and an invitation to vote on which features should come first. How is that for community building? SF definitely doesn't have this. There's definitely an ocean in between the calibers of these two games. AAAW is a top notch game – well-designed anyway – compared to SF which is a nice attempt. And you just may enjoy hours of fun playing SF, once you have figured out how to work this very clunky iPhone game, and mastered its culturally mismatched quirks. A valiant effort by our friends at Third Wire. And their "Wings Over" series is admirable - great flight sims but still crappy graphics. They should really download AAW ASAP to see what they are missing. Now please, don't mega-hack me, I have nothing.

One thing.
HamMcG

Great game, but some of the aircraft are not as maneuverable as they are in real life. Also, the Su 47’s aft elevators are not shown working (which they should) and the throttle needs to be changed to how a real throttle would work rather than a up and down button. Also change the calibration method to a button, so that a 360 view around the aircraft is possible, along with a cockpit view.

stupid game
