Easy to use, configurable, powerful!

I’m currently 31 days into a ‘100 days of fitness’ challenge. Strides helps keep me on track with reminders of my daily goals. Highly recommended!

This app helped me graduate college

Very helpful for staying organised. Very useful in identifying patterns and habits you both enjoy and don’t enjoy doing. Turns out I only brush my teeth once a day, wouldn’t have consciously known that without this app. Turns out I only do homework two to three times a week, this app helped me see that and change it. Love this app. Was sad when I graduated that I had to delete my “homework” task forever. But happy to never do homework again. And having this app for a year now it’s great to have all the data of every day of the last year. So cool. So helpful. Great app.

Love it!

Easy to use for my running streak!

Great App. However you still need to pay.

Strides is a very useful app and is crucial to achieving goals. However, you hit a certain point in the app where you cannot set goals for yourself because you have to buy Strides Plus which allows you to have unlimited goals. I would recommend this app if you are willing to spend money on it. However, if you are not willing to spend money on it you should try some other app. But overall a great app.

Seems like a good app, but costs a lot

Great just better UI

Everything so far has been great. My minor complaint is just that I think the User Interface needs a little update...or least more colorful. But everything else is great. Good tracking app.

Exactly the app I was looking for

It’s great if you have 3 goals or habits you want to track. Any more and you have to purchase a subscription. But for me, it’s tracking my brushing/flossing, my daily meditation and a year long goal to do 10,000 push-ups. Very easy to use and intuitive.

Less and Less

I have been using the app for 2-3 years, and during that time have seen the number of free trackers go from 10 to 7 to 5 now apparently to 3. Had I had the option to buy the app I would have. But I am vehemently against subscription services for apps, even this one that I use regularly. $5 a month for the service provided is simply way too much. I am sorry to see it go.
