It has a lot of useful information on food. It has recipes. The best thing I like is the scan function. You can scan foods and check the nutritional value and recommends alternatives.

I do like this ap and how it measures my heart rate and stress index. I do wish I could get a history without buying a package, at least for a trial period to see if I feel it’s a benefit. I feel the same about an exercise program. Offer it free for a short period of time, then if the customer finds it helpful, offer up a subscription.

It it’s accurate and very helpful. I tend to stress a lot over stupid things and this app gives you tips on how to reduce your stress.

I’ve downloaded and deleted this app about 4 times for the simple reason that it never can sense my finger over the sensor camera. And I know it’s not my phone because I have several other breathing apps that ask for the same thing and it finds and tracks it instantly. Only this app it doesn’t
