Still too limited in use

DJ Rizzo

Another update and still no extra slots to track. How can the devs continue to ignore the most requested feature: the ability to track more than 12 goals? Previous review: This should be a 5 star app. The tracking and powerful habit customization features are exceptional. And they continue to add great things to it… EXCEPT for the one thing that (as far as I can tell) is the most asked for feature: the ability to track more than just 12 habits. It is so frustrating to find an app that truly has all the power you want BUT you can’t use it all. You can’t even use half the features it offers because you’re limited to just 12 habits. It feels like I’m using the lite version of an app that won’t let me unlock its true potential. Despite my frustrations I still use the app for a few habits that no other app can track as well as Streaks does. But I have to use another habits app (Today) to track the majority of my daily, weekly, and monthly goals, because when you add them all up there are more than just 12 of them.

12 Task Limit Is Too Few

DepressedPainter

I was excited to see an app that used streaks because I’m motivated by streaks for some reason. I hurriedly purchased the app without throughly reading and then felt let down because the limit of 12 tasks aren’t enough. Now I’ll need to find an additional app to fit the remainder of my tasks. I set my tasks up pretty easily but I think the fine details about reminders eluded me so I’m not sure I set that part up correct. I agree with another review about the wording being a bit strange on setting up how many times you want to do a task. Well, me too, I had to think, does it mean once a day or once a month? Idk why my brain complicated it. Maybe a explanation hint would help on the calendars.

Needs Watch notifications

I bought this as I wanted reminders to walk to pop up on my watch throughout the day. It reminds me on my phone, but not the watch. This feature needs to be added, especially since it is a paid app.

Addictive App

MStoerm

If your looking for an app that helps you remember to do the little things that made your life better, healthier or more productive this is it. No frills, no complicated set up, just set your goals and be encouraged to meet them.

Great App

SweetJS

I love this app! It's the only App that reminds me to stay motivated and to push myself to stay active. It even reminds me to water my plants which might be the only reason my house plants are still alive (ha!).

Form over function.

Unusable app. How does one change the name of a habit once it is created? Spent 5 mins just trying to figure that out, no avail. Moreover, premise is wrong, as in most habit apps - “streaks” per se matter less than overall 90-day completion rate.

The best habit forming app

Antiduplicity

A great way to annoy yourself into forming habits. Connects up with apple health to automatically update. Excellent, complete and simple to use

Great habit tracker on the surface but UX needs work

LukeThor87

It would be nice to have the option to see all habits on one page, though. Use smaller icons so users have the option of seeing everything on one page so nothing gets forgotten, as 6 of the 12 available slots are hidden on another page. This doesn't make any good sense from a UX perspective. It needs a UX overhaul. It's way too difficult to edit habits, or remove a checked habit once it has been marked as complete. Once you get the workflow down it's not a problem...but it should be far more intuitive to new users. Form over function. The app looks great, but fails to work as great as it looks.

Love it
