Paid for yearly but can’t access it

I paid for a yearly subscription on July 25 3021, my iPad can see it, I but can’t access the features like overlap, only the free version from my iPhone or iPad. Can’t find any option to contact developer…

Cannot get help from developer elsewhere so hopefully they will respond here. Whenever I make a project and save it the final project has pixelated lines running through it. I have tried saving under all the different settings and still get the same result. Please help or refund.

I really like what StoryZ can do with my photographs, but it would be great if, on my iPad, it could go into Landscape mode.

Story z is an amazing app. I usually use it to edit my picture. The most amazing feature I found on story z is the animation feature it allows you to make your picture come alive. Overall this is an amazing app I definitely recommend.
Low resolution!

I have three main gripes. 1) The app downgrades the resolution of your image when you import it. Even though you pay to have the option to output 4K it doesn’t matter if the image you’re working with is blurry! 2) The app limits the number of motion arrows and pins you can use. And I always hit that limit. So annoying to have to start strategically erasing pins to be able to use more. 3) Too much social media garbage that gets in the way of what the app’s main function is supposed to be. It shouldn’t be hard to find the primary function of your app!!
It crashes

This app crashes all the time. I have to hurry up and finish what I was doing before it crashes. It’s a shame because it has a lot of features that I like.
