Paid for yearly but can’t access it – StoryZ: AI Art & Animate Photo Review

I paid for a yearly subscription on July 25 3021, my iPad can see it, I but can’t access the features like overlap, only the free version from my iPhone or iPad. Can’t find any option to contact developer…
